I ordered 5 devices but received the correct connector for one. Bought a product, found out it lacks a LoRaWAN payload decoder. Company doesn't provide one, making it useless unless I self-develop

Dear customer, I apologize for your inability to use our lorawan meters. The 4G and Wifi communication of this product is very mature, but lorawan still requires customers to have certain interfacing capabilities.
